There are three ways to apply.
* For riders over 70 years old, a completed medical form is required. For the medical form, download here, fill in the blanks and bring or send it to the Tour De Okinawa office.

Apply through our website
You can use a PC or cell-phone.
You can pay the entry fee at a convenience store (Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Family-Mart, or Seico-Mart) or with your credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, DINERS Card, AMEX, or OMC)
Send in the application form.
Fill in the application form, enclose the entry fee, and send by registered mail to the Tour De Okinawa office.
If you compete as a group, you can pay together but we need each application form.
Also, service charge and postage are at your expense.
