How to apply	Filled out all in entry sheet and bring with entry fee to Tour de kinawa Association Office directry. If participants want to budget account, filled out all in entry sheet, send the sheet only first, the organizer tell the budget account numbers.(It required 10 days for apply completion) Can entry from Sport entry site (http://www.sportentry.jp),Funride entry site both. But Funride entry site has Japanese only, not English pages. Under 18 age(When entry), who must to need to agreement of parents. Upper 70 age, who must to submitting health sheet, ask organizer. We are not money back after entry, approval beforehand. *Participants under 18 years of age must produce a signature of consent from a parents or guardian. *Participants over 70 years of age must obtain a medical form from the Tour de Okinawa Association office and submit it with medical form. *If you need an application form, please send to the Tour de Okinawa Association an envelope with a 150 yen stamp and a note requesting an application form. Include your name, address, age and telephone number. *Decision for participants:Propriety of competitors by Tour de Okinawa organize Committee, will be send the ID notification sheet by mail.
Apply term	August 1st(Sun)-September 30th(Thu) 2010. (all cateroies will close fixed number.)
Awards and Prizes	◆ Cyclists who place 1 to 6 in each race will be awarded; presentation will be for the upper 3rd. ◆ For the International Road Race Division, the Organization will provide other prizes. ◆ All cyclists who finish in the Road Race Division will receive record certificates. ◆ All cyclists who complete in the Touring Division will receive completion certificates.
Regulations	◆ All participants must attend the opening ceremony. ◆ We accept registration only on the specified day. If you don’t register, your participation in the event will be cancelled. ◆ The Tour de Okinawa Association will control traffic around the course on the race day (30 minutes before start.) Please be on time. ◆ The Tour de Okinawa Association will provide free emergency on site-first aid for injuries and illness during the event. However, emergency room and in-patient care costs, above insurance coverage cost, will be paid by the cyclists. Please bring your insurance card. ◆ Cyclists who are involved in an accident while racing must report it to the staff during the event; insurance claims cannot be acknowledged if no report is filled. ◆ Substitute cyclists will not be permitted. The active participant's name must be shown on the application form. ◆ The Tour de Okinawa Association will take out injury insurance for all participants (Outpatient: 2,500 yen, Hospitalization: 5,000 yen, Death/Disability: 10,000,000 yen max.). However, cyclists should arrange for additional insurance if desired. ◆ We will explain other regulations at the opening ceremony on Nov. 7th. ◆ An application without a signature on policy agreements is not permitted. ◆ During the event on Nov.13th (Sat)-14th (Sun), please park your car at the specified location. ◆ All cyclists of races must keep to the left for emergency vehicles to pass during races. ◆ Don’t use a cell phone when you are riding.

Follow Japan Cycling Federation Road-Race rules, and Tour De Okinawa Special rules, traffic regulations.

Regurations of each citizen road races

1. Citizens' Race 210km, 140km, 100km, 50km,40km, each professional rider is excluded.
2. Men’s 50km, Keirin rider is excluded.
3. Cyclists participating in 210km and 140km : road race experience required.
